Sweet White Wine in Bancroft

A nice glass of wine every now and then is not only delightful for a lot people, it is also documented to have excellent health benefits. Although not proven, drinking wine, and red wine in particular, is widely accepted to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, provide a certain amount of cancer protection and could possibly also somewhat reduce the signs of aging.

Sweet White Wine in Bancroft

It is definitely true that I don't really drink on a fairly regular basis, I do enjoy a glass of Sweet White wine occasionally, quite often when I'm having dinner with a group of friends. The last time I headed out for dinner in Bancroft was at Fitness Cafe. That restaurant is a trendy place to eat dinner and enjoy a glass of Sweet White wine. Not forgetting, you may be able to also do some celebrity spotting there as someone mentioned to me that Russell Crowe once ate there. I'm not sure if that's a true story though.

While I'm thinking about personalities, that reminds me of this well known quote:

Anger is never without a reason but seldom a good one.

Not that I know who came up with that and not that I have a clue why I quite suddenly remembered that but you know...

So anyway, if you are trying to have a relaxing little glass of wine (or two) in Bancroft, try some Sweet White wine, it's tasty.
