There are many different drinks available now that it is not easy to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to find out which the best wines are is to check out reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really the best way of discovering great wines.

I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a good T-Bone recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the T-Bone recipe includes the following ingredients:

1 1/2 oz 151 proof rum
1 splash A1® steak sauce

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during specials, you can easily break a budget by consuming a few cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will choose red wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is most likely much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to order Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I enjoy French wines but am willing to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the location where it is made, you can be amazed at the quality of wines made in countries not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine information to allow you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine social media sites because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are considering purchasing.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then see Treehugger for help on how buying organic produce is less harmful for out planet. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
