Tanzanian Tonic recipe

There are plenty of different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is confusing to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to know which the best wines are is to check out reviews. That way you will have some inclination of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really the best way of finding great wines.

I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Tanzanian Tonic recipe which I used to make up. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Tanzanian Tonic recipe consists of only these ingredients:

1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup apricot nectar
1 cup peach nectar
2 oz lemon juice
2 oz orange juice
1 oz grenadine syrup
6 oz light rum
1 dash dark rum

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are expensive! Even during discount times, you can simply break the budget by drinking a few cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a great drink which is most likely healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to buy organic wines or no added preservative wine. I adore French wines but am happy to try anything. I have even tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to pick a wine based on the region where it is produced, you can be amazed at the quality of wines grown in areas not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine reviews to allow you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine forums because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are considering drinking.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then see Treehugger for information on how purchasing organic wine is less destructive for out planet. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.

If you have a special wine which you love to drink then spread the word by leaving us a brief comment or if you have any questions such as which cheap wines are the best or anything about champagne then ask us and we will get back to you!
