Texas Pink Cloud recipe

There are many different drinks available in the shops that it is not easy to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to find out which the best value for money wines are is to read reviews. At least that way you will have some inclination of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of discovering great wines.
I used to always drink cocktails and have a great Texas Pink Cloud recipe which I used to make up. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Texas Pink Cloud recipe consists of only these ingredients:
3 oz Bacardi® white rum
2 oz Absolut® vodka
1 oz Jose Cuervo® Especial gold tequila
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
3 oz pina colada mix
2 oz sweet and sour mix
1 oz margarita mix
3 - 4 cups ice
Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during specials, you can often break a budget by having some cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will drink red wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a delicious drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to order organic wine or low sulphate wine. I enjoy Australian wines but am willing to try anything. I have happily tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to judge a wine based on the location where it is made, you can be shocked at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine information to allow you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I tend to read wine blogs because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are considering buying.
If you are thinking of trying organic wines then visit Treehugger for details on how purchasing organic food is less harmful for soils. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
