There are many different drinks available these days that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to find out which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. At least that way you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really a great way of finding delicious wines.

I would often drink cocktails and have a great The Wedge recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the The Wedge recipe includes only these ingredients:

2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
6 oz cranberry juice
ice

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during happy hour, you can often break a budget by consuming a couple of cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose red wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a great drink which is probably better for me and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to order organic wine or low sulphate wine. I enjoy Australian wines but am willing to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to judge a wine based on the country where it is produced, you can be amazed at the quality of wines grown in regions not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine reviews to help you make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine social media sites because you can then get fairly instant feedback on the wine you are considering purchasing.

If you are looking for more information on organic wines then visit Treehugger for help on how buying organic food is less destructive for soils. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
