Topaz recipe

There are so many different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is difficult to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to discover which the best wines are is to read reviews. At least that way you will have some idea of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really a great way of discovering great wines.
I did mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Topaz recipe which I used to mix. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Topaz recipe consists of only these ingredients:
3 oz Scotch whisky
1 1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
1 tbsp Galliano® herbal liqueur
Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are expensive! Even during happy hour, you can simply break the budget by drinking some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to order organic wines or preservative free wine. I enjoy American wines but am willing to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to choose a wine based on the country where it is produced, you can be surprised at the quality of wines made in countries not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine reviews to allow you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I like to read wine social media sites because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are considering drinking.
If you are interested in organic wines then visit Treehugger for information on how purchasing organic produce is less damaging for the environment. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
