Walk Me Down (Sweet Jesus) recipe

There are so many different beverages available these days that it is difficult to know what to buy. One of the simplest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some idea of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really the best way of finding great wines.
I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Walk Me Down (Sweet Jesus) recipe which I used to make up. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Walk Me Down (Sweet Jesus) recipe consists of these ingredients:
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz tequila
1 oz sweet and sour mix
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
Sprite® soda
Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during happy hour, you can simply break your budget by drinking a couple of cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is probably better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to buy organic wine or low sulphate wine. I enjoy French wines but am happy to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to choose a wine based on the location where it is grown, you can be surprised at the quality of wines grown in areas not known for wine production.
There are many websites where you can find wine information to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant comments on the wine you are thinking of drinking.
If you are thinking of trying organic wines then visit Treehugger for help on how choosing organic wine is less destructive for the environment. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
