Watermelon Slice recipe

There are plenty of different drinks available now that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to know which the best value for money wines are is to find reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really a great way of choosing excellent wines.

I would always drink cocktails and have a good Watermelon Slice recipe which I used to make up. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Watermelon Slice recipe uses these ingredients:

1/2 oz grenadine syrup
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz vodka
4 oz orange juice
4 oz cranberry juice
1 oz Midori® melon liqueur

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are expensive! Even during happy hour, you can easily break a budget by drinking a couple of cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will stick to rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a great drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to drink Australian organic wine or no added preservative wine. I love American wines but am glad to try anything. I have even tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to choose a wine based on the location where it is grown, you can be amazed at the quality of wines made in countries not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine information to allow you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get immediate feedback on the wine you are contemplating purchasing.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then check out Treehugger for help on how purchasing organic wine is less damaging for soils. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
