There are many different alcoholic drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to get. One of the easiest ways to know which the best wines are is to check out reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really a great way of choosing great wines.
I would mostly drink cocktails and have a good White Spider recipe which I used to make. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the White Spider recipe consists of only these ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1 oz white creme de menthe
Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during happy hour, you can easily break your budget by drinking a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a great drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy Australian organic wine or preservative free wine. I love Australian wines but am happy to try anything. I have even tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the region where it is made, you can be shocked at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.
There are many places where you can find wine information to allow you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine blogs because you can then get immediate comments on the wine you are considering purchasing.
