Yaka recipe

There are many different drinks available in the shops that it is confusing to know what to get. One of the best ways to find out which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. At least that way you will have some inclination of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really the best way of discovering delicious wines.

I did always drink cocktails and have a good Yaka recipe which I used to make up. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Yaka recipe uses these ingredients:

1 fifth Absolut® vodka
1 fifth Everclear® alcohol
1 bag lemonade
7 slices lemons
2 qt water

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during specials, you can often break a budget by drinking some cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will choose red wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to order Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I love American wines but am willing to try anything. I have also tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to judge a wine based on the country where it is made, you can be shocked at the quality of wines made in areas not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to allow you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I prefer to read wine social media sites because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are contemplating buying.

If you are interested in organic wines then see Treehugger for help on how buying organic wine is less harmful for soils. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
