Yellow Fever recipe

There are many different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to know which the best wines are is to check out reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really a great way of discovering excellent wines.

I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a good Yellow Fever recipe which I used to mix. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Yellow Fever recipe uses these ingredients:

1 1/2 oz vodka
1/4 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
1/4 oz lemon juice
2 oz pineapple juice

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during happy hour, you can simply break the budget by drinking some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will drink rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a great drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to order Australian organic wine or preservative free wine. I enjoy American wines but am willing to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to choose a wine based on the location where it is produced, you can be amazed at the quality of wines produced in countries not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine reviews to allow you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I prefer to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant comments on the wine you are thinking of drinking.

If you are interested in organic wines then see Treehugger for details on how buying organic food is less harmful for the environment. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
